This Research Use Policy describes the conditions under which you may purchase, receive, store, and use NeoBio materials. Research use only (RUO)
All catalog items are labeled and sold as research use only. They are not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, cosmetic, or household use. NeoBio products must not be used for human or animal consumption, injection, inhalation, or any application involving direct contact with humans or animals outside of controlled laboratory protocols approved by your institution.
Research use only labeling reflects the intended market for these materials. It is not a substitute for your institutional review, biosafety review, or compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Who may purchase
- Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age.
- Orders must be placed by individuals or organizations conducting legitimate laboratory research.
- Buyers must represent that products will be used only for research and development purposes.
- NeoBio may request verification of research affiliation or institutional details before fulfilling an order.
Permitted uses
Materials are typically supplied as lyophilized research powders in sealed vials. Reconstitution, storage, and experimental design are your responsibility and should follow your lab SOP and relevant literature.

Prohibited uses and requests
NeoBio does not provide dosing guidance, administration protocols, medical advice, or personal health recommendations. We will not answer questions related to human consumption, bodybuilding, weight loss, anti-aging, or any non-research application.
You may not resell, repackage, or misrepresent NeoBio products for consumer, clinical, or compounding purposes. You may not remove or alter research-use labeling or COA traceability information.
Quality documentation
We partner with accredited independent analytical laboratories in the United States to test qualifying lots for identity, purity (typically 99%+ by HPLC where published), and mass confirmation. Batch-specific COAs are published on our Lab Testing page and should be matched to the lot number on your vial before use.
Standard COA packages focus on identity and purity. Additional assays such as endotoxin or sterility testing may be arranged for institutional contracts—contact our team for requirements.
Shipping and geography
We currently ship to research addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Temperature-sensitive items may ship with insulated packaging and cold packs when required by stability data and season.
You are responsible for lawful import, receipt, storage, and use of materials at the destination research facility.
Regulatory status
NeoBio products are research chemicals. They are not FDA-approved drugs, biologics, or medical devices. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
