Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the NeoBio website and your purchase of peptide and oligonucleotide impurities, standards, and related research materials. By accessing the site, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. You represent that you are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research and development and that you will not use products for human or animal consumption or for any prohibited purpose described in our Research Use Policy.
Products and documentation
Product descriptions, purity figures, and COA data on this website are provided for research transparency. Published purity percentages reflect HPLC analysis by independent US laboratories for qualifying lots—not marketing claims unrelated to testing.
We strive to keep catalog and COA information accurate but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or batch records are error-free. You are responsible for verifying that the lot number on your vial matches the COA before use.
Custom synthesis and additional analytical testing may be offered to qualified accounts under separate written terms.
Orders and acceptance
- Submitting an order or inquiry does not guarantee availability. We may decline or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with research-only use or our shipping policies.
- Prices, taxes, and shipping charges shown at checkout or quoted by our team are subject to confirmation.
- We may request institutional verification before releasing certain materials.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipments to your designated US research address.
Shipping
We currently ship to research addresses within the United States only. In-stock items generally ship within 1–2 business days; out-of-stock products are backordered until inventory is replenished and released. Domestic shipments typically use UPS or FedEx with tracking provided by email.
Temperature-sensitive products may ship with insulated materials and cold packs when warranted. You are responsible for receiving shipments promptly and storing materials according to your institutional SOP—commonly -20°C or colder for unopened lyophilized vials.
Returns and order issues
Because research materials cannot be resold once opened or compromised, returns are limited. We will consider replacements or credits only for documented shipping damage or fulfillment errors reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photos and your order reference.
We do not accept returns based on experimental outcome, misordered reagents after delivery confirmation, or use inconsistent with research-only labeling.
Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, scrape content in violation of our robots rules, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use our channels to solicit non-research or unlawful activity. Content on the site—including blog articles and FAQs—is provided for general research education and may not be reproduced without permission.
Intellectual property
The NeoBio name, logos, website design, product data, COA library, and original content are owned by NeoBio or its licensors. You receive a limited license to access the site for research purchasing and internal reference. No other rights are granted.

THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEOBIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR RESEARCH OUTCOME, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NeoBio products are not FDA-approved. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. NeoBio does not provide medical, veterinary, or dosing advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoBio and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or research results arising from your use of the website or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid to NeoBio for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NeoBio harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of products, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or non-research use contrary to our Research Use Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
